Damarco Solutions' Privacy Policy

The information provided by your employees is only used to determine whether or not they are safe to use a respirator. The information your employee provides is not sold to or shared with or any other party unless compelled via legal process or by OSHA requirement. Data is handled according to strict data control and HIPAA standards.

Damarco Solutions subjects the 3M Online Respirator Medical Evaluation System to rigorous and regular 3rd party audits to meet or exceed the NIST 800-53 standards of data security. NIST 800-53 is a set of standards and guidelines to help federal agencies and contractors meet the requirements set by the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). The NIST 800-53 guidelines were created to heighten the security of the information systems used within the federal government.

The security and integrity of the data you and your employees provide is of the utmost importance to us and we do not cut corners in ensuring it. We do not utilize shared servers aka "the cloud", and in addition to our system audits, our servers are housed in NIST 800-53 compliant data centers. We encourage your administrators to utilize the option of Multifactor Authentication for their logins. Multifactor Authentication can easily be set up by your administrators by clicking the "Authenticator Setup" icon after they are logged in.
